When will my order ship?
We do our best to ship your order within 2 business days from time of order.
What is the status of my order?
We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been placed. We do our best to ship your order within 2 business days, once shipped we will send you an email with tracking. Enter your tracking into USPS to track your order.
Subscribe and Save
Save up to 10% on every order and Free shipping! It is free to sign up and you can update your order, delivery schedule, skip a month, or cancel your subscription at any time. All subscriptions with reoccurring orders of 4 weeks or less will receive a 10% discount and free shipping. All subscriptions with reoccurring orders of 5-12 weeks will receive a 5% discount and free shipping. Discounts will automatically be applied at time of checkout.
Sign up for subscription delivery when adding products to your cart, please note, you will need to select the subscription service prior to check out.

We occasionally give out discount codes at our discretion. You may only use one discount code per order. You may only use the discount code once, unless otherwise notated. Discount codes may not be applied to sale items. Discount codes must be applied at time of order. Discount codes only apply to www.Organixsupplyco.com, unless otherwise notated. Discount codes must be applied prior to expiration date.
Payment methods accepted
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, and AMEX
All orders are shipped from our location in San Diego, Ca via USPS. Organix Supply Co. ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS.
To qualify for free shipping, order value must exceed $99, before taxes and ship to address must be within the 48 contiguous states. Terms are subject to change without notice. Shipping fees will be applied to Hawaii and Alaska.
We do not currently offer International Shipping.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Most all orders ship within 2 business days from time of order. Business days do not include the weekend or federal holidays.
Tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
We pride ourselves in shipping your order within 2 business days, but we understand if you change your mind and want to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, but can not guarantee cancellations. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel, most request made less then 24 hours from time of order will be accepted. Any request received after your order has been processed can not be accommodated.
If your cancellation request has been denied, please see below to read our return process. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened/unused.
We do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product isn't for everyone. Our return policy last 7 days, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your product must be UNOPENED/UNUSED and in the same condition that you recieved it. The product must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.
Products must be purchased directly from www.organixsupplyco.com to qualify. This return policy does not apply to any products purchased in-store through our retail partners.Returns Process:
- Contact us at Info@OrganixSupplyCo.com to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address.
- It is your responsibility to cover return shipping cost and ensure delivery of your return. Once you have shipped your product back to us, please email the tracking number to Info@OrganixSupplyCo.com.
- Once your return is received at our facility and we confirm it is in returnable condition, we will issue a refund for the product and email you a confirmation. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your statement. If you have any questions regarding our return policy please email Info@OrganixSupplyCo.com.
**Organix Supply Co. will only accept returns from purchases made on www.OrganixSupplyCo.com. Organix Supply Co. will not accept returns from a purchase made in a retail store.**
Sale items are final sale.
All products purchased on sale or at a promotional price are Final Sale. Sale items cannot be returned nor refunded. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items.
Products purchased at full price with a discount code are returnable.
What if the product I ordered is damaged, incorrect, or missing?
We'll work with you to make it right! If you received defective, incorrect, or incomplete merchandise, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as you can. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name, order number, and details about the issue you’re experiencing. We will arrange for a replacement of your product, and we’ll take care of any shipping costs you may incur.
On the rare chance that a product you ordered arrived damaged, please keep all the packing materials as you received them, and please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as you can. It may also be helpful to take a few pictures of the package or the product so that we can see exactly what happened. We will arrange for a replacement of any product found to be damaged upon arrival within 14 days after you received it
If you received an item that was different from the item described on www.Organixsupplyco.com, or is different than what you ordered, we will happily replace the product for you. In some cases, we may ask you to take a picture of the product you received and send it to us so we can verify.
Missing something from your order? Please let us know as soon as you can, and we will make it right! We may ask for pictures of what you did receive, including packaging. Once confirmed, we will ship your missing merchandise ASAP!
