Return Policy

RETURN POLICY 
We do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product isn't for everyone. Our Return policy lasts 7 days, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be UNOPENED/UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging, with the seal intact. Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.

**Organix Supply Co. will only accept returns and offer refunds from purchases made on www.Organixsupplyco.com. Organix Supply Co. will not accept returns from a purchase made in a retail store.**

RETURN PROCESS 

To be eligible for a return, your product must be UNOPENED/UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging, with the seal intact. Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.

1. Contact us at Info@OrganixSupplyCo.com to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product within the 7-day time limit and to request the Return Shipping Address. 

2. It is your responsibility to cover return shipping cost and ensure delivery of your return. Once you have shipped your product back to us – please email the tracking number to Info@OrganixSupplyCo.com.

3. Once your return is received at our facility and we confirm it is in returnable condition, we will issue a refund for the product and email you a confirmation. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your bank statement.
